Project Overview
AMPCO performed site development and infrastructure improvements for the Amazon Parking Lot Expansion project in Perris, California, on behalf of Trammell Crow Company. The project supported the expansion of a major logistics facility through the construction of new parking areas and associated infrastructure improvements.
The work included mass grading, paving, utility improvements, roadway enhancements, curb and gutter installation, traffic improvements, and extensive off-site work. AMPCO successfully coordinated all phases of construction to deliver a fully developed site supporting increased facility capacity and operations.
Through efficient project execution and careful coordination, AMPCO completed the work while maintaining schedule and quality requirements for one of the Inland Empire’s premier industrial developments.
