Project Overview
AMPCO performed earthwork, environmental remediation, and site development activities for the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles, a premier automotive testing and experience facility located in Carson, California.
Working for Watson Land Company, the project involved the redevelopment of a former landfill site and required complex landfill closure activities, waste relocation, and extensive cut-and-fill operations across approximately 45 acres. All work was performed under the oversight of the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and the Regional Water Quality Control Board, requiring strict environmental compliance and coordination throughout construction.
Through careful planning and execution, AMPCO successfully transformed the former landfill property into a construction-ready site supporting one of Southern California’s most recognized automotive destinations.
