Project Overview
AMPCO performed major earthwork, grading, and infrastructure improvements for the Moreno Valley WLC Infrastructure Project, supporting the development of a new 1 million-square-foot industrial tilt-up facility.
The project included site grading and mass earthmoving operations across more than 200 acres, requiring extensive over-excavation, cut-and-fill activities, and construction of a 500,000-cubic-yard stormwater retention basin. AMPCO also installed approximately one mile of box culvert infrastructure and completed all wet utility improvements required to support the development.
In addition to on-site construction, AMPCO performed extensive off-site improvements including grading, paving, hardscape, and supporting infrastructure. Through strategic planning, large-scale equipment deployment, and efficient project execution, AMPCO successfully delivered a construction-ready site for one of the Inland Empire’s premier industrial developments.
