Intracorp traces its roots to 1976, when Joe Houssian co-founded Intrawest in Vancouver. Intracorp was officially established in 1994 as a privately owned real estate company, and it has since delivered more than 26,000 homes, from intimate townhomes to landmark towers.

Intracorp opened its Southern California operations in 2001 with its first community, 235 on Market. Today its Newport Beach team builds townhome and single-family communities across the region, including Miren in Arcadia and Cordova in Alhambra. Intracorp Homes is a proud headliner of the NHRA Finals Weekend supporting the Stars & Stripes Children’s Foundation.
