| 2:00 PM | Charter Departs Newport Beach — Enjoy the scenic ocean crossing to Avalon. |
| ARRIVAL | Welcome at the Docks — Guests are greeted upon disembarking and guided to shuttles for hotel transfer. |
| AFTERNOON | Hotel Check-In — A welcome bag and full weekend schedule are waiting in your room. |
| 4:00 – 7:00 PM | Welcome Happy Hour — Hosted bar and hors d’oeuvres at a waterfront restaurant/bar. Kick off the weekend with fellow guests and sponsors. |
| SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 — THE MAIN EVENT | |
| 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Beach Party at Descanso Beach Club Choose your Saturday activity: Miniature Golf, Zip Lining, Adventure Tour, or Submarine Tour (Sign-up required in advance). Open access to kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and scuba diving (scuba license required). Food and drinks served throughout. |
| 2:00 PM | Day-Trip Guests Arrive — Saturday charter docks in Avalon. Day-trip players and networking guests join the weekend crew. |
| 5:30 PM | Shuttles Begin — Hotel shuttlestransport guests from the hotel to the Casino Ballroom. |
| 6:00 PM | Poker Event — Casino Ballroom Check-in table at the entrance distributeswristbands and chips to all attendees. Casino games, live music, food, and drinks throughout the evening. |
| 11:00 PM | Day-Trip Charter Departs — Avalon → Newport Beach for Saturday day-trip guests. |
| SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13 — FAREWELL | |
| MORNING | Hotel Check-Out — Enjoy a final morning on the island before the return charter. |
| 12:00 PM | Charter Departs Catalina — Avalon → Newport Beach. Safe travels home. |
