The adventure begins as we board our private charter boat in Newport Beach and set sail across the Pacific to the island paradise of Avalon, Catalina Island. Watch the coastline fade behind you and Catalina’s rugged cliffs come into view. After settling into your accommodations, join us for a Welcome Happy Hour reception — the perfect chance to reconnect with friends and colleagues, meet fellow guests, and toast to the weekend ahead against the backdrop of the harbor.

Wake up to island time. The day starts with a private Beach Party at the exclusive Descanso Beach Club, where crystal-clear water and white sand set the scene for a day of leisure and adventure. Feeling active? Dive into kayaking, paddleboarding, or a scenic boat tour around the island’s coastline — or simply relax with a drink in hand and soak in the views.
As the sun sets, the energy shifts into high gear for our signature evening event: Casino Royale. Step into a night of fun and excitement featuring a poker tournament, casino games, gourmet food and drinks, and both silent and live auctions supporting a great cause. With entertainment throughout the night, this is the weekend’s crown jewel — an evening you won’t want to miss.

All good things must come to an end — but not before one last look at the island that made this weekend unforgettable. Board the charter boat for our return journey from Avalon back to Newport Beach, carrying home new memories, new connections, and maybe a little Casino Royale luck.
